Wipro Limited, a leading global technology services and consulting company, announced on Monday that it has been chosen by Vorwerk, Europe’s top direct sales company and global leader in high-quality household appliances, to manage and transform its IT landscape over the next five years.

Under the long-term agreement, Wipro will modernise and future-proof Vorwerk’s IT infrastructure by leveraging its AI-powered infrastructure operations solution. 

The programme aims to consolidate Vorwerk’s business applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity operations onto a unified monitoring platform.

“The partnership is based on transparent collaboration, joint development of innovative solutions and sustainable value creation. By pooling their expertise and engaging in open dialogue on an equal footing, both companies will develop forward-looking IT strategies to actively shape the digital transformation,” Jörg Kohlenz, managing director and group CIO, Vorwerk Services GmbH said.

As part of the engagement, Wipro will work with Vorwerk’s technology partners to enhance customer engagement strategies, standardise the company’s product portfolio, and build a future-focused technology roadmap. 

Wipro will also develop an end-to-end support portal aimed at delivering a faster, seamless, and more enriching experience for end users.“This long-term program leverages our AI-powered solutions coupled with our deep consulting-led sectorial knowledge to realise Vorwerk’s business transformation ambitions,”Ann-Kathrin Sauthoff-Bloch, regional head and managing director Germany and Austria, Wipro Limited said.
