GenXAI, an AI-powered enterprise performance management (EPM) solution provider, announced its acquisition of SoftGrid Computers, a leader in application development and web design, an official release stated. 

The strategic acquisition is a monumental step in GenXAI’s business journey that aligns with its vision, innovation and global ambition, it said, adding that GenXAI is already delivering innovative solutions through strategic collaborations with platforms like Anaplan and SAP.

The acquisition strengthens GenXAI’s capabilities in advanced mobile application development and opens new avenues to build cutting-edge, AI-driven platforms across diverse digital ecosystems. 

The move combines GenXAI’s state-of-the-art AI-driven capabilities with SoftGrid’s decade-long legacy in building robust digital solutions.
