HCLTech has been selected by Salesforce to join its Agentforce Partner Network, aiming to accelerate AI-driven innovation in enterprise applications.
As an Agentforce partner, HCLTech will apply its expertise in Salesforce digital modernisation to help businesses, particularly in the financial services sector, implement AI-powered agents that enhance user experiences. One of the key projects under this collaboration involves PenFed Credit Union, the second-largest federal credit union in the US HCLTech and Salesforce will work together to enhance PenFed’s member engagement and operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.
