Running a profitable AI company is no easy feat, but Hugging Face founder Clem Delangue has achieved this with a team of  just 220 members.

Hugging Face, is all about democratising AI through open-source initiatives. Today, it has become the most-used open platform for AI, often described as the ‘GitHub for AI’, allowing researchers and developers worldwide to share AI models, datasets, and best practices. 

Delangue has been pushing for more transparency in AI training data. He advocates for better understanding of what data AI systems are trained on to address privacy concerns and ensure proper attribution and value distribution to content creators.
