FastSaas Startup Rezolve AI Raises $11M in Series A to Bolster ChatGPT-like Experience for Enterprises
An AI-powered employee service SaaS platform aka FastSaas startup, Rezolve AI, recently raised $11 million in Series A funding from SIG Venture Capital. The round also saw participation from Exfinity Venture Partners, alongside 9Unicorns, Tri Valley Ventures. The company will be utilising the fund to scale and enhance technology capabilities to deliver ChatGPT-like experience for enterprises.
Founded in 2016 and headquartered in San Ramon, California, Rezolve AI, was co-founded by Saurabh Kumar and Manish Sharma, and Udaya Bhaskar Reddy. The company impediments AI-powered auto resolution skills to deliver advanced employee service experience. Besides Rezolve AI, other platforms in the space also include DarwinBox, Kore.ai, Zia (Zoho’s AI Assistant for Business)
The CTO of Rezolve AI, Reddy, said that they have done this by creating a deep employee service stack that combines advanced NLU, an AI-powered knowledge management layer, thousands of tasks, processes, and troubleshooting ‘skills’ that can work together to fully automate more than half of Level 1 support. “Our name reflects our vision, we don’t want people to track tickets, we want to resolve their support needs, instantly and automatically without human support intervention,” he added.
Kumar said that the platform brings modern employee service desk experience within the convenience of collaboration platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack. He said that it leverages conversational AI and intelligent automation skills to provide an instant service desk experience like never before.
Further, he said that the two decades old legacy model of creating tickets and calling for support is costing employers billions in direct cost, and billions more in lost employee productivity. This is where Rezolve AI comes into the picture.
Sharma believes that employee support and enablement is undergoing drastic transformation with a new set of market leaders set to emerge in a year or two. “With ChatGPT like employee experience and many other differentiators built-in, Rezolve AI can make a real difference in the life of employees and service desk technicians,” he added.
Resolve AI believes that with its current round of investment, alongside its products, they are well positioned to lead the space of employee support and enablement market. Bhavanipratap Rana, the investment adviser at SIG Venture Capital said that the platform can become the de facto Level 1 support inside the organisation. He said rapid growth, strong customer and analyst feedback, and product superiority sets Resolve up to fulfil its product vision.
