KPIT Technologies plans to hire 2000 people or more across different domains in the upcoming year. The Pune-based software company offers automobile engineering and mobility solutions to customers. In a statement released, it said it was looking at both freshers and experienced candidates to fill in these positions. The job roles will be open for core skills like AUTOSAR, Linux, RoS, C++, Model Based Development, Java, AI, ML, and Python. The company specified that of these 2000 offers, more than 500 are required for C++ programming. 

In a statement released to the public, KPIT Technologies underlined how mobility is going through a rapid transformation within the areas of autonomous, connected and electrified automotives. This is pushing KPIT Technologies to expand its footprint across its key markets like India, Japan, the USA and Europe. 

KPIT Technologies reported its third-quarter earnings in early February with a consolidated net profit of INR 70 crore, which was higher than its quarterly earnings last year by 70 per cent. The company’s revenue grew 20 per cent on a year-on-year basis to INR 622 crore. 

KPIT Technologies’ stock rose by 425 per cent in the last year and saw a sharp increase in February after it caught the attention of investors due to its solid third-quarter results. The company had also announced an interim dividend of INR 1.25 per share for FY 2021-22.
