Gurugram-based analytics startup Com Olho raises Rs. 1.8 Cr in seed round
Cybersecurity and analytics startup Com Olho announced it has raised Rs. 1.8 crore in a seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The company stated it will use the funds raised to improve its tech stack, hire more tech talent and expand its market base within India, the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
In January last year, Com Olho became the first company to receive a patent for Advertising Fraud Detection. Com Olho uses deep learning techniques to assess company data and protect them from digital frauds.
The company has three patents in total, one granted and one published in India. The third published application with the United States Patent Office.
Co-founder of Inflection Point Ventures, Mitesh Shah said, “As digital marketing, product and performance marketing become the new age mantra for the companies, they are also dealing with ad fraud issues, return on media spends and efficacy delivered via each ad done. Com Olho using its patented technology is able to provide this intensive knowledge and their reports that can be administered to challenge payouts , should the need arise for exposing any ad fraud. As we move closer towards Metaverse and digital life, there is bound to be concerns about customer’s data. Com Olho is rightly poised to leverage their understanding of everything digital.”
