Mathangi Sri has been appointed as the Chief Data Officer at CredAvenue, a debt product suite and marketplace company. Sri joined CredAvenue from Gojek, where she headed data strategy for GoFood and played a key role in building various AI and ML solutions.

“I would be building the data strategy encapsulating data sciences,  ML engineering, data governance and data engineering. I believe in data as the first principle thinking, and thus will focus on building high-impact data platforms that deliver solid business impacts. Data is at the core of every operation at CredAvenue and I am looking forward to an exciting journey building world-class solutions powering the debt marketplace,” said Mathangi Sri, Chief Data Officer at CredAvenue.

Mathangi Sri has over 18 years of proven track record in building world-class data science solutions and products. She has overall 20 patent grants in the area of intuitive customer experience and user profiles. Mathangi has recently published a book called “Practical Natural Language Processing with Python”.

Mathangi Sri has worked with organisations like Citibank, HSBC, GE and tech startups like 247.ai, PhonePe. She is also an active contributor in the data science community.
