Course5 Intelligence Ltd, a data analytics and insights company, has filed preliminary documents with SEBI to raise Rs 600 crore through an initial public offering.

According to the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP), the IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 300 crore and an Offer For Sale of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 300 crore.

Course5 Intelligence is also considering a pre-IPO placement aggregating up to Rs 60 crore; the fresh issue size will also be reduced if the placement is completed.

The company intends to use the proceeds towards funding growth initiatives, working capital requirements, supporting product and IP initiatives, expanding geographical footprint, and general corporate purposes.

Course5 focuses on helping organisations drive digital transformation using AI and analytics. The digital, marketing and customer analytics company claims to have a deep understanding of the omnichannel customer journey.

Course5 Intelligence’s clients include Lenovo, Colgate-Palmolive Company, American Regent, Inc. and the National Bank of Fujairah PJSC.
