Global professional services firm ZS would be hiring 3,000 employees for three of its offices in India. Both freshers and experienced professionals will be considered for roles such as business consulting, data scientists, and technology specialists. Of the new recruits, 30 percent will cater to business consulting, 45 percent to business technology, and the remaining 25 percent will be serving in the business operations verticals.

As per reports, the company has already begun the process of recruitment, starting with the top management and IT colleges in India. During the pandemic too, ZS conducted virtual onboarding of some of its new members. In 2020, the company recruited at least 2,000 new employees.

ZS’ Indian offices already employees over 5,500 members, making the country one of its key players. “India is a very crucial region for ZS, as over 65% of our global team comes from the country’s best colleges and professional backgrounds. We will continue our efforts on campus as well as lateral hiring for Bengaluru, Delhi and Pune,” Sanjay Joshi, Regional Managing Principal and Asia Head said.

As part of accommodating the growing headcount and general employee well-being, ZS has rolled out new policies that cater to needs specific to remote working situations. Some of these initiatives include one-time work from home allowance to create comfortable workplaces at home and an extra year-end bonus.  The company will also be hosting several mental and physical well-being sessions and allocating special meeting-free working time to ensure good work-life balance.
